We wish to get your order to you as soon as possible and will process the majority of orders within 48 hours of receiving them (excluding Sundays and bank holidays). Most of our items are delivered first class by Royal Mail, however, some heavier items may be sent by Parcelforce or Royal Mail’s standard parcel service (you will be notified in this instance) and may therefore have a longer delivery time. In case there have been any unforeseen delays please allow 10 days (from the date of your order) for delivery, unless otherwise informed.
